Need your opnion

Good evening all. So I got my replacement eris in the mail yesterday. Scrolling left issue. This is the forth. The first one didn't click on the scroll wheel. The second one had a bad screen, the third has a bad speaker. So how do I get something else? The thing is, my wife has an eris too. We have the same chargers and want to keep it that way since the chargers are now different on most phones then from the eris. Any ideas?

Call tech support, report the problem, and politely ask if, since this is your fourth bad Eris, you can get a different Android handset to replace it. Don't argue if they say no; do the same if the fifth is broken.
