Which plan are you using? I got the Triumph because I was grandfathered into the $25 300 minute VMU plan. If I had to do it all over again I probably would have switched to the Boost unlimited everything plan and gotten the Marquee.... it's the superior phone and the Nova display is phenomenal.
Over on the Marquee forums a lot of people talk about the terrible battery life and general sluggishness of the Marquee. I would say it depends on what you want out of your phone. Also, the Marquee Judy got CWM working, still no custom ROMs. Apparently the graphics run badly as well. From what I can tell, the triumph is still a better choice at this point.
