Help needed ... my M8 got damaged :(

My dog knocked it flying, the volume rocker is stuck in volume up as there is a small dent to keep it in place.
is this covered by warranty? Or is it a fix to do myself?

If you've never done it before, i'd suggest finding a local repair store, and get them to do it...
