I have a sleeve I bought at Microcenter food $5. It only holds the tablet and dock though. I just needed something to protect it as I carried it in my purse.
not sure if Amazon US has these but I bought one a while back and it still does me proud, cheap but not that nasty, certainly protected mine for a few months now
Not bad for $5 total. The tablet fits better with the dock attached but is a little loose, which doesn't really bother me. I'm not sure that I'd stuff the charger in there, but it has a pocket which will easily handle the cable.
I use a Toshiba 10" netbook sleeve, it even works 'ok' with the tablet only, no dock. Generally I put the TF+ dock into a sleeve into a Targus 10" netbook bag. It's big enough for charger, TF, my Wii remote, and cables...
www newegg com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834990174 You can find this 10' caselogic on newegg for $10-$12. A few bucks more for shipping. I do not have the docking station yet, but I do have this case and it has more than enough room for the tablet+docking station. There is also a zipper pocket on the outside where I store the charger, USB and SD cards.
I've been using this one from Meritline for $5. It's a perfect fit for the dock and tablet and leaves the dock protected when just using the tablet. I like the horizontal loading over the side loading. I'll sometimes leave the tablet part out in the open or I can just open the one corner to charge while it's still in the case.
