Help Netflix and the samsung dock..

I have the dock with the hdmi output and tried to use netflix the other day on a flatscreen tv. When the phone is docked, it sits as if you were taking a call. When netflix starts, it rotates the screen to landscape, but the hdmi output is still portrait. rotating the phone has no effect. Anyone else have this dock and have this issue?
 
Yes!! I'm glad I'm not the only one. This is a big problem and its really annoying to say the least
