Netflix on Froyo!

Yep... same thing. Attempt to login and then you're looking at your home screen. Looking forward to a fix for this.

It does run but there is so much constant buffering that it appears to be useless. Does it REQUIRE 4g? I don;t have 4g in my location yet.

Anyone know why it would need to have this permission?

READ SENSITIVE LOG DATA
Allows an application to read from the system's various log files. This allows it to discover general information about what you are doing with the device, potentially including personal or private information.

From what I know of the permission, it generally should not be used by most applications.

I guess Netflix figuered they better get it up and running on more devices (mo' customers), since their jacking up their prices and probably going to lose a lot of customers !

I just activated the hot spot feature on my phone. Since I have the unlimited data plan, and the hot spot cost $30 with no options, I'm guessing this is the unlimited plan. Is it possible to check this anywhere online? The guy at the store was quite clueless...

i tested it today, worked fine, and it streamed over 3G (very pixelated though). I have to wait till 4G comes out in my area... for another 12 Hours!!!!

Downlaoded and tried a few vidoes and on 4G with 12-18M down and 1-3< up I get constant stuttering,no buffering, just stuttering, seems the DC may be a tad under powered for Netflix?
