Hope they do this one right. Wife has the iphone version and it doesn't let you work with your Netflix queue. That's a major fail imo!
There's an app in the market that let's you work with your Queue. It's worked great for me so far. Just can't watch the instant play movies. So an official Netflix app that let's you watch the instant play would be perfect.

Two things have changed my life in the last three months: Netflix and this phone.

I read that thread, but no one seems to be 100% sure -- except for those people who are saying "it cannot be done!" (but that goes against the people in THIS thread who seem to have done it). In fact, you posted in the thread you gave me saying you were looking for the answer too; did you find a solution? Because I have yet to find one.

Wait.. So you drive to your nearest redbox, get in line, then while standing in line you decide to reserve your movie?
And I thought I procrastinated.
No we reserve a movie online, but other folks don't do the same and don't care if there's a line 10+ people long so we start browsing and reserving more movies. LOL!

My coworker has the iphone4 and he tells me that netflix works like a charm. Whether it's 3g or wifi he told me the quality is like dvd. Also he has no problem managing his account. Hopefully when the app comes out for android we won't have any problems either.

I have used stock 2.1, root 2.1, accicus 2.2. and 2.2 rooted.
All you do is connect yellow, white and red. Then plug into phone.
I use it in my car to watch slingbox. I use Launcherpro and click on menu, settings, behavior settings auto rotate. Then Set it infront of my shifter. and my fiancee watches tv the whole time.
Use the TV out cable - VZW6300 or so I think - found one on line a while back and have used with with great success - Try Verizon and see if it's "in stock yet" as I think it's 19.99 there with free shipping otherwise try HTC Droid Incredible TV-Out Cable
