Help Network connection issue (galaxy note)

Hi First post here, i have search the forum and the internet and thus far cannot find a solution.

My phone shows signal and i can go online with wifi and normally, however i cannot make or recieve phone calls or text messages.

I have tried resetting to factory settings, i have taken the battery out and the sim and then turned it all back on. still nothing.

has anyone had or heard of this problem?
any help would be amazing thankyou

Even i have the same issue in my galaxy note and service center updated software 2 times but the issue is still not getting resolved. Mobile is showing the network signal but i am not able to make calls and not receiving any calls as well. This is a serious flaw. Any suggestions to rectify this issue from will be helpful.

Check your imei number if it was there or not

Type this on your dail pad and you should see your imei
