Help Network error and more.

Gf and I bought brand new DINCS a few months ago. Mine works almost flawlessly. Common pandora skips a lot when headphones or radio transmitter are plugged in and randomly turns my homepage to the far right page and gets stuck. However, her phone on some days will get a network error on EVERYTHING, facebook, market you name it. We are sitting right next to each other and I can access Facebook and she can not. Other days hers works just fine. What if any could be a solution to any of the problems I have mentioned. I do not want to return her phone but if my HTC Ozone was more reliable then her phone we might just have to.

Does she have the latest update? The update fixed a data issue on mine that would happen occasionally. One thing you can try is dialing *228 option1 the next time it happens. That would help me when my data wasn't working prior to the update. You could also try doing a factory reset but that will erase all of her apps etc. Lastly, I would call VZW and ask for a replacement.
