Help Network i.e. Web surfing 100% ?????

Does anyone on here have a 100% network up time??? In other words every time you grab your phone are you able to surf the web?? I'm not talking about text or voice calls but web surfing. It seems like about 20 - 30% of the time I can't surf the web. Other times it works great. Is this typical of other networks verizon - at&t etc.? This is my first smart phone so I don't have anything to compare it to.

You are not alone but there are several fixes toggling airplane mode on off works most of the time,i still say it is something with android phones,never had these issues with my blackberry.but just do a data drop search and you will see opinions and fixes.

Yes these work sometimes but other times I just have to wait until I am able to get a connection again. I want a connection 100% of time is that being unrealistic ???

My 3G was out all day yesterday, until I called VM and found out that my auto pay account DIDN'T auto pay. Once that was cleared up 3g was back up. Until 6PM tonight . Seems like the cell towers around here must run off solar power so when the sun goes down it quits. I did the Airplane on/off and got back on though. I had an air card from AT&T that I used on a laptop that never was out for the two years I had it.
