How do I turn this off. It is there but grey and not available to uncheck. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

figured it out, you must turn on 4G then turn on wi-fi then you can uncheck network notification then go back and turn off 4G and wi-fi, wow I'm getting good lol just kidding
