Help Network problem

I have a bit of a problem with my network at the moment.

Even though I can use the browser and access webpages like that and I can also use twitter fine.

Facebook, Google Goggles, Spotify. None will work over 3G. I have signal and the H symbol is there but it just stays loading and no data actually appears.

Any idea how to fix this?

UPDATE: I cleared the data for spotify and now it works.

However facebook and goggles still don't. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
