in my home country i was using normally my htc incredible s. recently i moved to paris and i roam-in my hometown gsm line.
now i bought a new french gsm line in paris, but i can't use it on my htc, the network swap to roaming service always ...
i stopped the data roaming service , and i reset the device to factory settings and the problem persist.
is it a cell phone problem? or a carriere problem ?
and how to solve it ?
