Help Network still down ..

The network has been all day here in central Illinois anyone else still having troubles???

Very spotty here in Phoenix. it'll be on for a few minutes then go out. It's been doing that since yesterday evening. No pic messaging, texts are hit or miss, and according to some posts on the FB fan page for Virgin some aren't even getting calls.

I had the same problem and googled it and found info on getting the internet back up. The one that worked for me was Settings-Wireless and networks-mobile networks, uncheck Data Enabled and then check it back on. I've had to do it twice and I've only had the phone a week. Hope this helps.

The SAME THING happened when virgin mobile rolled out the BROADBAND2GO unlimited mobile broadband USB device.

New activations overloaded the network. It all came to a screeching halt.
Within a week they had it somewhat smoothed out.

You have to realize the national exposure at RadioShack, Target, BestBuy, and Wal-Mart......they're basically all sold out, so you have all these new phones adding to the traffic on the network . . .

went thru it with the USB device.

my texts have been working all the time and voice .. but not picture messages....

If only MMS is a problem, as it was for a lot of V people when they first came out, you're likely going to need an engineering trouble ticket put in to reset your MMS. I had no MMS for the first three weeks before I did that, no issues since it was reprovisioned.

Same here, it almost acts like it looses the ability to quarry the server when left idle for a while.
Turning the connection of then back on reestablishes the link.

Starting to doubt it is all server side problems.

Yesterday I lost connection twice, I pulled the battery and when I put it back it wasn't even connecting to the network clock, so I used the activate button and it took forever that I expected it not to work but it finally restarted and it is going on near 24hrs and I haven't had any problems (knock on wood)
