Help Never got a vkey or security question? HELP?!

So my parent's bought me the OV for my birthday from a craigslist seller. The seller was obviously messed up in the head because he didn't tell my parents the vkey or security question. And now i can't access my account or anything of the sort. Is there any way i can recover this? All answers are GREATLY appreciated.

I wonder why nobody replies.
It is highly recommended u let that account
run out and get a new one, that person may have access to any information you change
and could claim you stole the phone, causing a buncha trouble for all you know.

Since 611 will doubtfully do anything that is likely your only option.

I would myself have options but cannot offer you them unless
you are in the St. Louis area and have a laptop.
but you would still be starting a new account. (I broke my last O-V
