New A20S

It's working still for some people, not for others..

Misery loves company, I guess. How do I fix this? Should I try to find some app to "open" an apk of Nook? How do I know which to get? Would it work automatically? The only alternative I can see (besides giving up on this entirely) is to go with kindle, but won't that mean dealing with Amazon? I'm not liking this...
 
Apparently lots of people are having trouble with it. B & N may be dealing with a virus that has affected even the cash registers. Isn't prime day happening soon...
 
Won't someone PLEASE help with this? Is there a third option? How would I get Nook (or even that kindle thing) titles to work with it?
