Root New andoird 2.2.2

I got this on my warranty replacement phone I got and I ended up having problems getting a Recovery program installed, so I flashed my phone to 2.1 and got it all working. Now running 2.3 Gingerbread :D.

I just rooted mine two days ago after updating to 2.2.2. I used SuperOneClick and it worked fine, just had to turn USB debugging on and off a couple times. I'm now running Cyanogenmod and it's great. This was the first time I ever rooted, and I can't believe I never did before. Mine phone is waaaay faster.

I just did my D1 with 2.2.2 with Superoneclick also. Superoneclick was very easy to do after I went to Motorola site under owner support to download the drivers. I spent all weekend trying to find a way to root D1 with 2.2.2 and several threads on various forums state it can only be done manually (SBF, etc..). However, Superoneclick will do it. It is easy and phone is awesome after this process.
