I would be appreicated if you could tell me the way of
making an android game popular? I have published my game via google play but I couldnt increase the number of downloads.

You can also try social media like Facebook by opening a Fanpage, inviting a lot of people, keep them updated. Message some app bloggers. But of course the game needs to be good on some level, otherwise the hype won't last long.

finally, I found the solution... there are advertisement companies in the net. they have thousands of android game review sites and make advertiments in their sites... if you pay they at least 100 bucks$$ they do this job. no matter your game is good or bad. that is it!.

Yeh, you just might get marked as a spammer and a known developer of crap games. Like those stupid, completely unoriginal, sliding tile puzzle games that make out they're Subway Surfers or something.

try to do some SEO work, post it form social networking sites like facebook or google plus and share it

make it challenging and fun to play, make the graphics atleast 3D, make it user friendly hehe,,and free to download xD and make a fan page of it on facebook
