So i bought a used lg off of craigslist and the person didnt reformat it before selling it to me. So i got curious. I was looking through the file manager and came across Vault Service. I cant actually find what it is only a handful of sprint users saying they got text saying vault service is up. Anyone know what this is? Do i have to worry about it when I reformat and add to my plan?

P.S. I am not sprint i am on verizon

I could be wrong but I think it's some kind of cloud service, they name seems really familiar.

EDIT: I had an Optimus 4X HD as my work phone too so that could explain why I've seen it before.

what phone do you have? where in the file manager did you find it? on the sd card? if it is on the card then you can just delete it. really nothing on the card will affect how the phone will function. if anything some data might get deleted. you can also back the card up on your pc before reformatting it.
