I just bought the Motorola DROID BIONIC 4G Android Phone, 16GB with VZW and I have a quick question.. first of many I'm sure.
I currently have the iPhone 4 and the iPad. I teather my iPad with my iPhone and the one thing I hate is each time I want to use my iPad on the internet, I have to get out my phone. Go into settings, go into the "Personal Hotspot" screen, then make an internet request on my iPad. The iPad will, and only then, see the Wifi hotspot and link.
I mean I guess I see the point, so the iPad doesn't constantly connect and use the 3G data... but, really... If the iPad doesn't have internet, and the phone is there.... it's obvious I want it to link EVERYTIME.
The reason I ask this is, I am going to get rid of my iPad... and iPhone, and get an android tablet, and I'm just curious how this compares, or will compare to my current iFrustration.
