new android user with an S3

I could set a ringtone for each email receipient with my blakberry. It was straight forward. With the S3 it will let you set up for phone numbers but not emails. I have an alarm handling software that sends me an email but can get the correct ringtone set up for that email. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
