New Around Here

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to the forum AND to being an android user. Having some issues with the phone I chose - an HTC Inspire, but overall love android so far and hope I can get some help with my issues or find a phone that will better suit my needs and wants.

Welcome to AF, dunksmomma!
I see that you have already discovered the Inspire forum.:)
If you need anything, give us a holler.

Hey there and welcome to the forums!

Glad I was able to assist you in the inspire forums :p :)

If we can assist you any further, all need to do is ask

Thanks for the warm welcome y'all! I haven't been part of a forum in ages, so I especially appreciate the warm welcome and DragonSlayer thanks again for the help, I was able to do the reset with no problems :)

I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with the inspire having poor signal or if there is anything I can do to improve that so I don't have to get a new phone so I'll head over to the inspire forum and ask.

Welcome Ma'am, let use know if we can be of any more help....:)

I haven't gotten any answers to my latest post on the Inspire forum regarding poor signal strength, so I'm guessing no one has any suggestions :( Guess that means I'll be looking for a new phone. Any recommendations for a good reasonably priced phone? And by that I mean less than $200, so definitely nothing that's the newest model.

If I knew anything about signal I'd help ya there but unfortunately I don't.

Didn't the nexus 4 drop to $200 on Google play just recently? I've heard that's an excellent device.

$200 is a little more than I want to pay since a smart phone isn't a necessity for me, just a want, but if it's new, I can get it unlocked and it has a great rep then it's definitely something to consider even if it does stretch my budget a bit. Thanks I'll look into it!
