Root New Boost Phones

This should be standard on all phones from the time this phone was made imo. Although im sure they're happy when we fudge up our phones in water and have to buy new ones

Mmm Kyocera now there is a high quality manufacturer, the waterproof feature will probably hold up as well as there phones... hahaha

I have taken some screenshots and tested out firefoxOs a little bit.

I am not impressed

I find it hard to believe that any android for $130 could be worth a crap. Although come to think of it my wife's Optimus V only cost $149 So maybe I shouldn't be so quick to judge this little Kyocera.

But really I don't understand why all phones are not waterproof.

It'll be interesting to see what the user ratings and reviews are like.:D

Wow if thats true, then thats definitely a phone that would be worth upgrading from the marquee.....

Hey now, that's interesting. I'm gonna stick with the Marquee for a while since I don't see 4G in my area for some time to come. Nice to know that Boost is adding some nice phones to their line-up though. Looks like I'll have some choices when I do decide to upgrade. I'm sure there will be a whole lot more to choose from when they finally get 4G out here. :D

If anything I would give the marquee to my wife that way I can still mess around with it Bahaha. It was my first smartphone so i'd feel bad to give it up :p

So I know Boost's 4g coverage is Wimax only, has anyone used this? From what I have read, it is still faster than Boost/Sprint's 3g we are on currently (one of the slowest of the 3g networks sadly enough) so I am wondering if even though it isn't LTE if it still might be worth it? From what I have read the biggest problem most have is the signal isn't everywhere, which I live in the second largest city of BFE so I could go either way. I love this little Marquee though....

I can't wait. I had an SII with Sprint before I got tired of paying the super high bill. Now for when it is going to be released so I can have the money readily available.

I know how you feel...I told myself after the Marquee that I wouldn't upgrade unless it were something like an SII and now we're getting it....But it's reaching the price point where it almost doesnt make sense to stick with Boost after the Marquee.

The SII will go on sale for about 349.99

Why not buy a Galaxy Nexus for the same price to use on T-mo or ATT prepaid?
