do me a favor and post screenshots and proof of the difference / functionality
things like this are skeptical and we just don't want anything bad happening, thank you.
 
this wont work. our camera's quality is hardware not software wise dont see why the reason for so many placebos. and like your work? are you sure thats your work?? lol hate to even ask.
 
nothing fishy about it you have the files use them for yourself I just share my work with others give credit to others and respect other devs this is no mod by no means I spent countless hours fuzzy ask me a while back to due a camera and since then I have been working on everything I am also working on cm9 cm7 everyday to get data working and other things I work alone I read a lot of how to stuff follow great minds a lot things are simple some are not but I love you guys here and if I get something working I share it no holding back on it it's for everyone to help build make things better so we all can build off each other so nothing fishy here

as stated above though MP has nothing to do with software, i mean there may be tweaks and such but you can't change the pixel ratio via software it has to do with hardware.
hense why what ever this is, it seems kinda iffy hense why i asked for SS's and such.
not downing you.

+1 For the flash install. Also will this be able to shoot higher quality video, like the other camera mod does?

can sombody explain step by step of how to do this i have the 30fps camera mod please help me i would really want to have this. i don't know if I'm supposed to delete somthing or what idk what to do wit the other files i get the part of how to move the lg camera into the system. once again please help. :(

Okay.....Break it down right quick..... You can post pics you took with the stock camera and this camera mod and show them both. Thing is tho Megapixels have nothing to do with the quality of the camera. Thats a common myth and misconception people have when they go to the store and they buy the highest pixel count they think they are getting better pics because it is higher...Well thats not the case. Mega pixels is in reference to size ratio. 3264x2448 is the size resolution for an 8mp camera. If you look at trygunzy picture post (which his cam is actually set to 1mp :D) youll see a yellow header that says the image was resized for the forum. So if someone wants to take 1 picture and upload it and post it as trygunzy did and the resolution comes out to 3264x2448 then this mod works. Anything less it doesnt.


Now before its even said "But look at the quality of the pics next to each other"

The reason? The amount of light. More light higher quality pics. Your front facing camera can take damn near the same quality pics as your rear facing. Wanna test it out? Take a picture inside with the front facing camera...then go outside in the sun and take a pic to where the front facing cam is facing the sun....cheddermane did post 2 of nearly the same exact pics of the same thing.....But he moved to take the second picture. So the light from the tv being on isnt hitting the lens of the camera the exact same way at the exact same angle.

sorry to say but coming from a photographer as well, all the difference in the posted pics is just lighting and focus.
increasing megapixels in a camera like our phones wouldnt be a good thing..

No Im not saying it does or doesnt. Just saying from the "proof" posted so far it hasnt been confirmed

You dont need programs, nor screenshots, nor video or any of that to find out if it works. All that needs to be done is some one with this mod take a picture and upload it to dropbox or whatever then post it as an image link. (nostops on the way to dropbox from the phone :p) The forum will automatically resize the picture to its standard. If the size it resized it from (itll tell you in the little yellow box above the picture) isnt 3264x2448 then it doesnt for sure.
