New Droid Eris

Hi All,
I just got my new droid eris and I have been very frustrated so far. Can someone tell me where I can get a user manual? This is my first smart phone so everything is new to me. Apparently Android assumes you have prior smart phone experience because nothing is simple or intuitive.

If someone can tell me how to download my music from my computer onto the eris, also how do I sync with my computer...and why do I sync? When I try to I get an error message telling me there is something wrong with my hardware.

I want to like this phone, and I think I would if I had a user guide so I could use all the features. I feel like I am not going to be able to use it to its capabilities because I just don't know how.

thank you for the link, I have tried several times to access that manual and I can't open it. I have had it run for 10 minutes and it never opens, it just keeps saying "transfering" As you can imagine this has added to the frustration.
