Not quite sure what you are asking. To transfer any file to EVO you must connect it to your pc via USB cable and then you can drag any files over.
If you are referring to a dvd you have to convert it to either wmv or avi. The stock player will not play avi. You can download Arcmedia player from the market to play avi files.
