i just updated to the new facebook app and now it fails whenever i upload a pic. the progress bar goes to 100% then i get a fb error message saying "cannot upload". this happens every time since the update, but never before it. i'm assuming it has to do with the naming of the external/internal storage. is this a problem for anyone else?

Help new facebook app - uploading pics fails?

Welcome to the forums, zalex.
You'll get responses from other Bionic users, but I wanted to suggest that you try clearing cache and data from that app, and be sure no remnants of another Facebook widget or app remain. Then reboot the device and re-install Facebook. That could remedy the issue.

good suggestion, i just tried that (cleared fb cache, then data, rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled). same "cannot upload" result.
i should say that i'm using quickpic -> share -> facebook to recreate this error. i haven't tried a straight upload, but this is the method i always use to share photos on fb.

i would try to upload the pictures via other methods or the original method as it would weed out if the problem is indeed facebook or your app.
update: I just uploaded a picture and it uploaded just fine via the Facebook app. I'd try to give that a shot first and isolate the problem.
