Help New fascinate help

I just replaced my old Fascinate with a replacement Fascinate.
My specs are as follows:
firmware:2.2.2
kernel:2.6.32.9
Build SCH-1500.ED05

Ive managed to get some ok themse going with adw and was wondering what is the easiest way to get some gingerbread goodness or some amazing themes going now that I have the current build?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Currently running ADW Kooks Cold Fusion, but I know this phone is way more upgradeable than this. PLease help!!
