Help New firmware update for India DDLA2 now available.

Hi friends,

New firmware update is now available for India users of Samsung Galaxy Y.

Baseband Version: S5360DDLA2
Kernel version: 2.6.35.7 dpi@DELL148 #1
Build number: GINGERBREAD.DDLA3

This update is available via Kies. Be sure to update Kies to the latest version before updating the phone.

I updated firmware on my phone via kies and then i updated the kies.will that make any difference to the phone?i didnt find any difference after update?what does this firmware do?

This update fix a small bug in caller screen..mainly it's a stability update....

DDLA3 uses up good amount of space and automatically update maps and gmail which should be users discretion

basically stability update for user interface which was introduced in DDLA1 and some bugs are solved like every time permission seeking for GO LAUNCHER when u reboot is not found here so kudos

@mitk0o0o0..these updates all came from samsung. It should be safe.

I updated it! I found a change in the caller screen. It's much nice now and couldn't find any other changes. May be some bug fixes or updates to the core files.
