New folders

Hi,
Does anyone know how I can a make new folders in the file management system?
For example if I want to make a new folder under the music section called rock how is that done and how do I move files to it?

What I did was I connected the Note to my PC with the USB cable and managed my files from there. It's just like the usual file management that you'd do on a computer, i.e. create/delete folders and/or files, move, sort, rename files, etc...

There is an icon on the top right part of the screen that you need to tap on. The icon is a folder with a plus sign. Once tapped you can ceeate a new folder.
