How I install and run the Google calendar apk I have downloaded to my PC in My samsung galaxy tab 3 7.0 wifi now with Android KitKat 4.4.2 ? Thanks

You will need to go into security settings to allow installation of non-playstore aps and then just tap on the apk icon to install. By default the setting is set to only allow installation of apps downloaded from playstore.
