I traded in my iPhone 3GS for an HTC Inspire yesterday. I got the red one because it was probably a newer build. It has a better SIM door setup than what I have been reading about. The sound still pretty much sux. It has Froyo 2.2 which I may just sit on for a while until all posts about Gingerbread are positive. I also bought the Otterbox Defender. So far *All systems are GO*. Sideloading hasn't caught up to me yet, but I can wait until I have finished scouring the Market. I don't regret the swap one bit.
