Been reading a bunch of posts on here for about a month now and decided to join. A friend worked at google has been trying to talk me into getting a Android based phone for a while. I have been a dedicated BB user for the past 5 years, but have about had it with my BB and deicded its time to try something new. I have a HTC Eris on the way (I love my Verizon and dont want to change). After doing all the reading I plan on rooting it as soon as I get it... I will miss BB messenger but I hope thats all. I should have my new phone either tomorrow or Monday!!!
