Help New,...HELP!!

Hi everyone.
I need some major help. I just got a captivate (att) used and was messing with kies update. It finished, the phone went to black screen and started installing or whatever it does. Then I accidentally disconnected it. It is now stuck on black screen at "Install default apk-files, please wait."

I have no idea about how to help with this particular problem, but I'm going to ask a mod to move this question to the Captivate section of the forum. You're a whole lot more likely to get the answers you need there.
