new htc desire

I have been a blackberry user for a long time until i recently 'tried' to wash it in the laundry.. In a big hurry I bought a Samsung Acclaim, but struggled for weeks to get the email to push, it was intermittent.
Finally gave up on that and ante'd up for an HTC Desire - which wasn't actually that much more. It is SO nice, feels sleek and solid.

I am actually cooler now that i have one! (my kids think so)

So, I'm here because I want to transfer some movies onto the device. There's all kinds of DRM converter apps out there, but i'm getting errors all over the place, none of them are working right.
Love the phone, just need to learn how to get different machines to speak to each other.

You need to check the source of your videos - if they are downloaded from paid services, then probably there is DRM indeed. If they are ripped from DVDs, then the DRM is gone.
