New HTC Hero User

I'm about to join the HTC Hero users, I'm due to get my new phone today. I have it on Orange (UK) and I'm looking forward to trying out the apps. Can anyone recommend some good apps?
This isn't my first HTC phone I previously had the HTC Touch Diamond.

Well, got the phone loving it so far. It's very much superior to the Touch Diamond.
So what apps, tweaks, updates and or changes do you guys on here recommend?

Welcome to the forums! There's so many apps and so many things you can do to your phone. Just go through the forums. There's a lot to look at.
