That phone is only 1.2 ghz dual-core versus our 1.5, so they shouldn't be aimed at the same markets.

Besides, it may not even be aimed at the North American market.

Two things I get from this if it's true: 1) they are close to releasing a Sense skinned ICS, and 2) they aren't going to make the capacitive buttons useless by using the buttons that are part of the screen in ICS ala the Nexus. I'm guessing it's a matter of weeks till we get ICS.

my guess is we wont get ICS "officially" before july... its gonna get pushed and pushed and pushed. THAT is why i rooted.

Still, it might help to have an official HTC Sense/ ICS ROM out there for the Devs to latch onto and speed up work on one we can use.

There maybe two new ones coming out. One is supposedly this new Incredible with the 1.2ghz processor another one called the HTC Edge will be showcased at MWC as HTCs premier phone. It will have a 4.7" screen and a 1.5 Ghz QUADcore processor among other things.

While it will be at MWC it won't actually be available to buy until about April.

My guess is that after the raft of Sh** HTC & VZW took for the botched Inc Gingerbread upgrade, we will never see ICS. I do hope I am wrong, though.
