It depends on which version of Android you currently have on your IncS. if you have Froyo 2.2 then you can use AlphaRevX to S-Off and root.

if you have upgraded to Gingerbread 2.3.3, then that version is currently not rootable.

If you still have Froyo.

I updated it the other day to 2.3.3
guess there's no way to downgrade then
