New Lost S3

I lost my new GALAXY S3 , I Used it one time overnet to move contacts from my Gmail to the Galaxy S3, i think thief has formated it to unlock it how can i find it, is there any app. I can use !????

I was going to suggest Plan B, but I see that doesn't work for ICS/JB, so will be no use to you. Don't know of anything else. If they do a factory reset (clear your account details from it) then there's nothing you can do apart from report it to the police and your network and get the handset blocked.

Maybe it's just misplaced?

There are a number of sites on the Internet where you give them a phone number and they call it with a recorded message. You could try calling your phone number and maybe you will hear it ring.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

If you created a Samsung Account during setup, and were logged-in on the device when it went AWOL, you can use the SamsungDIVE service to locate, lock and wipe the handset remotely.
