Found this over on RootzWiki who found it on Android Police, you can download it here.

Supposed to fix the pesky bug with the market changing accounts without you knowing among other things.

im guessing u have to be rooted. market is supposed to auto update why doesn't it auto update on the tb? im still on 3.3.5 or something

i dont think root is necessary, download and install over the current one...just like you would any other apk file.

it takes a while to update on some phones. i remember downloading the new tiled market when it first dropped. my wife had the older "rounded" market for a good 3 weeks before it finally updated on its own.

Only a little I don't really see a difference. Looks like they are working on paypal support for purchases which kinda strikes me odd but it isn't enabled in this version from what I can tell
