I am sooo glad I found these boards
I am reading old posts, and have not come across these answers, I am sure they are, just chasing after a 2 and 3 year old... Took me a bit to write this out
.
First off, can I transfer photos from my phone to a computer w/o actually sending them to myself? On my blackberry it had file folders, like "video" "photo" ect...
I am not seeing any folders when I plug in via USB. No photos I've taken, nada.
Second, Can I back up my phone book to my computer? Or make a second phone book using the newer numbers/emails I use?
Blackberry (was not a good phone over all for us) worked with Microsoft Office, and would synch with Outlook and such. I am embarrassed to say, I have had my google account since 03 or 04 and over the years, collected a lot of emails.
Third: Best place for apps, and what apps/games (preferably free, but I can spend it, if the app/game is worth it)
Fourth: Can I make a folder to put my kid's games (mostly puzzles, they can do the first level and then it gets too hard. They are soon to be 3 and soon to be 4). Seperate
Normally they wouldn't play unless we were in say a Cricket store (yesterday) for over 3 hours because their systems went down.
Fifth: My husband's phone, when it rings, talking on it, a game is being played, text message comes in, his is nice and LOUD. Mine, I can hear, if it is next to me. Not overly loud by any means.
I checked and made sure everything matched my husband's and they do. (unless there is a setting I haven't found)
I know I will have more questions... but maybe this will be a good start
OH and Crickets policy if you break or lose your phone is a $80 to get a new phone. Only good thing is if yours is no longer being made, they give you the lowest one in the same catagory as yours (hope that made sense).
