I find myself in a strange situation. First of all, I wasnt sure whether to post this in the normal HTC Hero thread or here, but decided on the latter because i assume its something to do with the root file?
I recently bought a new memory card (Sandisk class 2) and managed to copy every file over from the old to the new card. However the phone will not start without the memory card that i used when rooting/flashing! It doesnt seem to work without any memory card either, just gets stuck on the start up screen (Sense Hero 2.1).
Am I missing something so obvious?! Are you supposed to format the card before use? and then do the participation thing again? Any other ideas?
