New Moto X now available on Verizon

Mine has none of those issues. I guess I'm lucky.

Mine looks beautiful, feels very thin and smaller than I expected. My S4 looks really old in comparison. I can't comment on battery life yet, but I took a few pictures and I didn't see any issues.

My only complaint is the leather. Not really a complaint I guess, but it is a little harder and more slippery than I was expecting. I'll see how it wears and if it grows on me but my first impression is that it might not be much of a upgrade over the regular smooth back.

I'm keeping the phone in consideration but if I get it I will buy it on an Edge plan which is a pain in the ass with Moto Maker I've been told.

Just got mine today. Will report back on battery life. Loving it so far though. Bigger that the original but not unwieldy. The ebony wood back is phenomenal!

I've been happy with the battery life so far. When playing with it constantly I only got about 9 hours, but that was Day One and my screen was on for about 6 hours, so not worried. The last couple of days have been much closer to typical use. Yesterday I plugged in before bed with 10% remaining after almost 21 hours. Today I'm at 61% remaining after almost 6 hours unplugged. Trying to see what I'm left with when I get home this evening, without plugging in at work at all.

Update: after 10 hours 11 minutes unplugged, I'm down to 21% remaining. Doesn't look like I'll make it to bedtime (5 hours from now) without charging. I'll update again later.
