Root New music issue. Need advice!

So as everyone knows this phone has a issue with the music slightly hiccupping. Annoying as is but just recently I have my music actually stop, freeze up, and sometimes even make my music player (Omnich) to close out completely or skip to a new song after multiple attempts to exit app. I know it's not just the app because I had this happen previously on a different music player app (Rocket Player) I removed it thinking it was a problem with it but again it starts happening. Any ideas guys?

One thing I have noticed is turning wifi off when listening to locally stored music makes a huge difference. There are still a couple clicks and gurgles but it is way better.

Additionally, Es File Explorer seems to play music with no clicks or gurgles at all. It is not as easy to play an album as you have to create playlists to play more than one track at a time. It also doesn't conform to the get quieter while I play a notification or navigate you situations.

Es File Explorer freezes your phone when you have it play music? If you haven't tried I encourage you

xda to get the apk cus is not on the play store no more.that work for me

Pretty sure the player I have came with SuperR's rom stock-b11-deodexed-unmodified. Not totally sure but I can't find it in the play store. Works great for me.
