I have just acquired my Galaxy Ace 2, very nice so far.

Is this the place to ask very silly questions?

Is it possible BTW to avoid having a screen full of ads all the time? Not bothered if not except I guess it soon gets irritating.

Hey man, i've also just got the Ace 2 and very happy so far!

What do you mean by ads?

If you mean the 'Home' screen with the icons, then all you have to do is press and hold any icon, after you've hld it for a second a bin icon will appear and you can drag that icon in and get rid of it...i wouldnt recommend doing this to every icon though, they are just shortcuts to the most useful apps on the phone!

Oh dear, 1st post 1st cock-up. Sorry, I meant all the ads at the top of the screen on this forum, so that you have always to scroll down to anything useful.

Ha ha sorry man my bad, I just couldn't figure out what you meant as I assumed it was to do with your phone, I thought you meant some of those Weather and news Apps or some icons from your provider!

Sorry about that, I should of assumed you werent asking such a basic question :o
