My New Note 2 stutters when I scroll in email and internet. I have tried different browsers and they all do it. Is there any tips to help this and also to get the best performance out of this phone. I have looked and can not really narrow any down. I have taken the S-Voice off the double click home button, as I have been told this increases performance.Help if you can suggest any thing for me to check.

I don't think there's any one concrete answer to this.
Most people with this phone will swear theirs never stutters--mine does all the time.
Not as fluid as I'd like it to be but not to the point it's a huge issue.
Most of my stuttering takes place in games.
It won't be as smooth as the iPhone no matter what you do. Apple has had a one up on the smooth scrolling thing from day 1. No other smartphone in my experience does it quite as well. At the end of the day this is hardly a deal breaker though. There are so many other things I love about this phone and platform.

I don't know about that, I've never had a problem like that on mine (stock, AT&T). I think the OP should investigate what's running in the background.
