is there a new or working lgnpst for lg optimus m ms690?, i have been looking all over and the links i have gone to are not available, is there an up to date lgnpst.exe download available?

for the last 2years im been tryin to fix my phone as well, i rooted the had to use lgnpst to fix but now my meid an everything else is gone! i cant find the spc code its not 00000-99999 an metro wont help. what can i do to get my service back?
