Since updating to the newest OTA update from at&t last night, I've been having a severe issue with my phone. Keep in mind, I actually work in customer care at at&t so I know how to troubleshoot my phone....
The issue I'm having is now anytime I press the power key to unlock my screen, it flickers right off so I have to press it again, does this twice, then the third time will bring up the power options screen. I'll hit the back button, then I can finally unlock my phone. . Only to find out that if I let the screen timeout it will automatically reboot itself
It won't let me get into the boot loader screen but I have been able to do a master reset via the settings of the phone, and even after the MR its still doing the same thing
So far that's the only issue I've noticed, but its a pretty big one and it needs to get fixed.
I don't want to have to warranty my phone..
Any help here?
