New Phone Google Play Store error 403

Hi all

I have just brought a second hand play S2 to replace my broken one......

I can log into gmail ok but when I try and download apps from google play store I get the error message stating the app 'could not be downloaded due to an error (403)

I have tried everything deleting account and reclogging in ...factory reset the lots but nothing appears to work...

Any ideas or comments would be greatly received......

Hi Mike, I've seen several non-related issues with the play store throwing the 403 error (access denied) today. I think it might just be a regional outage. Give it a day and try again. Also try it from a different network location if you can like a library or coffee shop.

Many thanks for your post......

Spent hours into the night trying to fix this and finally gave up....sleepless night thinking about it !

Came into work (different network) read your post ....gave it a try and all worked ok :)
