new phone /old phone where are my apps? please help

Old phone: Moto Backflip
Apps: WordUp game (and others but, this is the only one I care about)

New Phone: HTC Aria
Can't find game in marketplace. Only DL'd it on 3/11.
I did however find the upgrade, which I Dl'd hoping it would come complete. It did not. Oh well

Can anyone help me with this? I really like this game and now I can't find it at all.
Any chance I can move it to the sim card? (same sim)
